Refund policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every product we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

• Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its pristine original condition, and completely free of any creasing on the uppers or scuff marks on the soles. We highly recommend trying on your purchase on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent accidental marking.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at qadamstore83@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
